The Oakleigh Amateur Football Club is seeking a Senior Women’s Coach for Season 2027.
Currently in Division 1 in the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA) – we are based at Scammell Reserve and have a strong relationship with the Oakleigh Dragons Junior Football Club providing a pathway for the continued building and future of the club. We are looking for someone who has experience in being able to progress and develop our Women’s list.
Key Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrating strong leadership, interpersonal and communication qualities.
- Experience at guiding coaching strategies that equate to the progression of the playing group.
- Demonstrated experience at building relationships with the ability to recruit and retain players who align with the club culture.

- Demonstrated understanding of the ethos of community football, with VAFA coaching qualifications.
